HighView students take different paths, but the goal is the same: helping them turn their education, skills, and relationships into strong first career opportunities.
Level 2 Project Engineer, Turner Construction
Through HighView's employer network, Ana connected with Turner Construction and was the only one in her construction management cohort to land an internship after freshman year. After three summers of internships there, Ana graduated early from CSU with a Construction Management degree and joined Turner full-time as a Level 2 Project Engineer.
Assurance Associate, Plante Moran
Jasmin graduated Summa Cum Laude from DU with a BA and Masters of Accountancy in 4 years and received a full-time offer from PwC. She has since passed her first CPA exam and is now working at Plante Moran as an Assurance Associate.
Talent Coordinator, Guild
After working a minimum-wage retail job during college, Camila secured a Talent Acquisition internship at HighView partner Guild. She grew within the company, graduated from the University of Denver in 2026, and is now working full time at Guild as a Talent Coordinator.

Personally, I find great fulfillment in sharing my experiences with my mentee, hoping to offer them a glimpse of what the future could hold and guiding them toward realizing it. Beyond this sense of fulfillment, building a friendship with my mentee has been incredibly enjoyable. I intend to stay connected with Salwa throughout school and well into the future.”
