Our Model

From Potential to Placement

HighView equips high-potential students from low-income communities with the social capital, skills, and connections that lead to internships, first jobs, and lasting economic mobility.

Why HighView?

College access is not the same as career access. Our model pairs real-world immersion, mentorship, and individualized coaching so students learn professional fluency, build networks, and compete for roles that match their talent. We help them bridge the network gap to launching them on a path to economic mobility.

Explore student success stories
Career exposure
Students meet professionals across business functions and see how roles in sales, marketing, product, data, and engineering actually work, plus the steps to get there.
1:1 mentorship
Monthly 1:1 mentor sessions support students through challenges, applications, and decisions, while modeling the confidence and habits that lead to success.
Social capital development
Students practice public speaking, email writing, interviewing, networking, executive presence and more. They leave with a network and the know-how to use it.
Immersion in top companies
Every other week, students go to downtown Denver for on-site sessions at our partner companies. They build confidence in professional environments, understand real career paths, and see where their interests align.
College scholarships
HighView offers scholarship to help offset the high cost of college tuition. Scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors based on merit, attendance, and engagement in the program.
No cost and accessible
HighView provides mentorship, speakers, networking opportunities, and college application support at no cost to our student participants. We also provide transportation to and from their school.
