The Sherman Entrepreneurship Foundation
The Sherman Entrepreneurship Foundation is dedicated to fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs, with a focus supporting high potential students from low-income, minority or first-generation backgrounds and/or underserved and underrepresented communities. It was founded in 2016 to honor the legacy of Todd Douglas Sherman, who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 45.
Todd was a devoted husband of 17 years and father to his three children, who were the center of his world. He was also a brilliant software engineer, a visionary businessman and lifelong entrepreneur alongside his brother, Tyler Sherman. His work ethic was matched only by his sense of humor and intellect. Todd’s selfless generosity and genuine, positive energy made a lasting impact on countless friends, colleagues, and even individuals he met only briefly.
